Our Founding Story
We started as working plumbers who kept getting the same call: a disposal that died years too early. Not because the unit was bad, but because the install was rushed.
Wrong horsepower for the household, a dishwasher knockout plug never punched out, wiring that barely met code. The homeowner paid twice, once for the bad install and once for us to fix it.
So we built a crew that does one trade and does it properly. Disposals are all we do: installation, repair and replacement across 50 Austin-area ZIP codes. Every tech diagnoses before they sell.
If a ten-minute unjam fixes it, that is what you get. If replacement is the honest answer, we say so plainly, haul the old unit away, and back the work in writing.

Our Mission
Our mission is simple: make garbage disposal service in Austin honest and painless. Clear communication with no surprises, same-day appointments when you need them, and installs done to code so the unit lasts as long as it should.
When we leave your kitchen, the disposal runs quiet, drains fast, and you know exactly what was done and why. That is the whole job.
Core Values
Our core values shape how we operate and serve Austin. They are printed on the inside of every work van.
01
Integrity First
We diagnose before we sell. You will never hear us recommend a new unit when a reset button or a ten-minute unjam solves the problem.
02
Quality Workmanship
Every install is code-compliant: right-sized horsepower, dishwasher hookup done properly, GFCI protection where required, and full testing before we pack up.
03
Customer Focused
A clear explanation before we start. We explain what failed and why in plain language, and we wipe down the cabinet before we leave.
04
Austin Local
We are a local crew running daily routes across the metro, from Downtown to Round Rock. When you call, you talk to someone who knows your neighborhood.
Meet Our Team
Our crew is made up of licensed and insured plumbers who work on disposals every single day. That focus matters: we have seen every brand, every failure mode, and every under-sink surprise Austin kitchens can produce.
Every tech carries the same rulebook: diagnose first, quote flat, install to code, test everything, haul the old unit. References available on request.
